Dr. Norman Wear founded UTS in
1999. As an aviation and information technology expert, his vision for
the company is to build a technically superior managed services
company, combined with excellent customer service. As such, Norman
carefully selects each employee, partnerships, and alliance to ensure
they will collectively exceed the value clients have come to expect.
Dr Norman Wear, Managing
Director
Norman Wear is the acting Manager
Director and one of the founders of UTS. Dr. Wear has lead UTS through
double digit growth since the company started in 1999. UTS’s average
growth rate is 31%. As Managing Director of UTS, Dr. Wears' primary
areas of responsibility include: overall customer service and technical
quality, business development, contracts, human resources, and finance.
While Dr. Wear
is used to wearing many hats in his business,it
is his insatiable desire to succeed and uncanny ability to surround
himself with extraordinary talent has enabled UTS to see the tremendous
growth over the past years. Under Norman’s leadership, UTS has
developed a passion for absolute customer service.

Ronald Gatewood,
Ronald brings his 30 plus years of
aviation and government services expertise to UTS. He has put his MS
Degree to good use the in formation of
several companies. He is the Founder and President of SkyWorld Aviation Inc., a successful General
Aviation aircraft management and maintenance service firm. President of
Tracey Corporation, an airport development, management and fixed base
operation firm. President and founder of Midland Development
Corporation a hangar construction firm.
Mr. Gatewood has extensive aviation
management experience in all phases of aviation, including maintenance
management, transportation planning, facility planning and
construction, flight operations, training, logistics, and real estate
development.
Ron is an FAA certificated Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic (A&P)
with Inspector Authorization (IA). Inspected and maintained 23 jet
aircraft in maximum intensity operations with 95% operational readiness
rate. Director of Maintenance for an on-demand Part 135 Air Carrier
charter service. Received formal systems training on piston, turboprop
and turbojet aircraft.

Gabriel Adrian, Architectual
Consultant
Mr. Gabriel
Adrian Aldao AIA Association has
over 21 years professional experience in Architecture.
He has served as a Senior Project Manager for large public and private
projects in the Washington area, including the Hyatt regency, the
Dulles Metrorail, White House . Mr. Aldao has experience as an instructor at the
National Institute of Technical Education in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He is an expert on stone,marble
and granite construction and installation and served at Director of Operations and principal of
Angel Masonry, a Marble and Granite company in Manassas, Virginia
.
He has served at Project Manager and Quality Control Manager for
projects for multinational companies and Embassies in the Washington,
DC area.
Christopher Mick, Construction Consultant
Mr.
Mick has over 20 years in the construction industry.
Chris has senior management experience and hands on in all types
of residential and light commercial construction including
framing, finish carpentry,. interior design, plumbing systems,electrical, underground utilities,
retention basins and site preparation as well as heavy equipment
operation and landscaping
Chris has an excellent working knowledge of building
codes including the Virginia Building Code.He has held licenses in
several states including, Minnesota, New York and Virginia.
Howard Wear, Technical Consultant
Howard Wear is a recent addition
to UTS.. Mr. Wear holds a bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science with an emphasis in computer information systems. He
brings nearly 25 years of IT experience to the firm with over 15 years
of project management and technical leadership. Mr. Wear has provided
project management and software development expertise for both
government and commercial customer. Howard is
an expert in using social media, and both web and mobile technologies
to build digital relationships for corporations, and individuals.
Howard has worked with many Fortune 100 companies in both programming,
and web design for streaming live digital content worldwide.
